We use this information to send Tally Ho Hospital updates, launch news, episode announcements, educational materials, and related project news according to the permissions you choose. We do not use the form for personal medical advice or urgent clinical communication.
Legal Basis
For email updates, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Service Providers
We use Kit to manage email subscriptions, Cloudflare to host and protect the site, and approved email-sending tools such as Resend or Google Workspace / Apps Script to send visitor-list acknowledgement emails. These services process data for us so the site and mailing list can work.
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards required by UK data protection law.
AI-Assisted Replies
We may use carefully managed software and AI-assisted drafting tools to help prepare friendly replies, educational updates, images, and administrative summaries. The current visitor-list acknowledgement is intended to be a static, human-approved email template rather than personal medical advice or a clinical reply. If we introduce AI-personalised replies in future, we will update this notice and the consent wording first. We do not knowingly use visitor list information to train public AI models.
Merchandise And Partner Offers
Show merchandise news and occasional selected partner or third-party offers are optional communication choices. We will only send these where you have selected the relevant permission, and partner-offer permission is kept separate from the basic Tally Ho Hospital update list. Partner offers are not personal medical advice or clinical services.
How Long We Keep It
We keep active subscription records while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep suppression, consent, and unsubscribe records for up to six years where needed to prove your choices, prevent unwanted re-subscription, and meet legal obligations.
